My name is Charmain Brown and the owner broker of Jordan, Evann and Brown Realty Inc. I have been in the industry since 1991, As a real estate agent I worked with large real estate companies as well as some boutique companies.

In 2003 I decided to go for my Brokers license. I wanted to provide a more personalized service for my clients. I wanted to be more empathetic towards my clientele and not let it be a numbers game, I wanted to be the "family realtor:.

I continue to keep abreast of current conditions of the real estate market by educating myself and obtaining designations to show that I am an expert in that field and therefore my clients will know that they are obtaining the best.
